Formula channel changes

You can change a formula channel when the original formula was correct, but the calculation logic has changed due to some event. For example, a new service point at a new premise contributes to an aggregation formula. A change inserts new configuration information. The existing configuration information remains, although its effective date range may be shortened. Two formulas, the old and the new, will exist in the system. The old formula continues to impact the calculations for dates prior to the change.
